The story is about Detective Allen Gamble, who is is a forensic accountant & he is interested in paperwork than doing the cop work. Detective Terry Hoitz is a tough guy who has been stuck with Allen as his partner ever since an unfortunate incident with Derek Jeter. Allen and Terry both idolize the city's top cops, Danson and Highsmith, but when an opportunity arises for the Other Guys to step up, things doesn't go go as planned.

The DVD rip is out guys , go check it out, The movie continuous from its first squeal, both cats & dogs are fighting with each other for victory. In this part , there is a twist , both the opposite forces must team up to fight a new enemy. A cat spy who have gone rogue & trying to dominate the world & enslaving mankind which is always the story for world domination. For adult , this movie will be a piece of craps but for kids , they will definitely enjoy it like the first part.
